• A valid email address is required so you can recieve confirmation of your submission


• If you used more than 3 anime in your video, list the anime your AMV uses the most and then put "Various" in the Anime 2 box


• If you used more than 3 songs in your video, list the song your AMV uses the most and then put "Various" in the Song Title 2 and Song Artist 2 boxes


• If you don't want your real name displayed in the contest, please write something down in the alias field


• Links to streaming sites like Youtube and Veoh will not be accepted


• It'd be nice if your filename is the same as the title you put down here
