Artist Registration

Everything you need to know about getting set up to be in the Artist Alley!

Artist registration for AMKE 2012 is now closed.

Though we have grown so much this year, our Artist Ally is now full and we cannot accept any more forms now. Thank you to all who applied and hope that you will still come to enjoy Anime Milwaukee 2012.

Letter to Vendors and Artists

NEW for this year:

  1. The Exhibit Hall will not be in the Hyatt Hotel this year, along with many other aspects of our convention. We have moved a major portion of our events to the Frontier Airlines Center. A map of the Frontier Airlines Center and the loading dock will be emailed after all Vendors and Artist are accepted.

  2. As strict as we were with the mail in registration last year, this year we are initiating online registration - paper free! Payments still need to be mailed in however, as is stated in the agreement form, please read the section carefully. Cut-off dates are applied to when your form is submitted not when your payment comes in.

  3. Along with moving to the Frontier Airlines Center, there are a few changes in policy. This year there is a charge for electricity for each setup within the Exhibit Hall, which will be added to your billing statement if you ask for it.

  4. For Artists, badges may be purchased within the Artist Form and are now separate from the attendee rates.

  5. Unfortunately with Anime Milwaukee getting bigger, prices have gone up.

  6. We, Anime Milwaukee, are no longer affiliated with UW-Milwaukee and the Japanese Animation Association, we are now a Not-For-Profit Organization. Our title, and what you will write on your checks, is the ECPS (Entertainment and Culture Promotion Society).

  7. Internet is only available through a RES PACKET from the Frontier Airline Center.

  8. Exhibit hall hours have been extended.

Lots of things are new and changing this year, and we hope that everything for everyone will go smoothly. Have a great Anime Milwaukee 2012 and remember you can email Katie Camacho, the Exhibit Hall Department Head, at exhibithall@animemilwaukee.com if you have any questions.
