Screening
Video rooms are where you go to watch titles that you are curious about and where you can meet up with fellow fans of your favorite animation or live-action title. So for everyone to have an enjoyable experience in this area, we ask that you abide by the following rules in addition to any other convention rules as a violation could lead you to: (1) being asked to leave the room or (2) can result in you not being able to enter the room.
- Do not engage in any behavior or activity inside of the video rooms that is considered impolite (for example, sleeping) or illegal in a public setting.
- Please remember to bring a legal form of ID that verifies your age to any showing that is rated 17+ or TV-MA.
- Please use the vibrate and/or silent setting on your cell phone or pager while in the video rooms. No texting or talking on the cell phone is allowed inside of the video rooms.
- No eating is allowed inside of the video rooms. Only clear, colorless fluids (examples: water, 7UP, Sprite) are allowed inside of the video rooms. Please dispose of any garbage in the closest available trash can.
- Please do not add personal commentaries to the video presentation. If you wish to discuss particular aspects of a title, favorite voice actor’s presence in a title, alternative actions that a character could have done etc., it’s best to do this outside of the video room.
- No recording of the video presentation is allowed.
