Boardgames! Strategy Games! Collectable Card Games! RPG's! Tournaments! We have it all in tabletop gaming! This is the place to try new games or challenge other players in your old favorites. With a helpful staff, you could spend hours playing your heart out! See below for a list of events and games.

• Apples to Apples tournament:
  • Come play a big free-for-all game of Apples to Apples! Make some new friends at the beginning of the con, and win yourself the most useful prize of anything at AMKE 2012: real apples!
• FNM: Friday Night Magic.
  • $5 entry, Standard, payout will be packs, numbers determined by number of entrants.
• Late Night Obscure CCG Hour:
  • Hey! Still got all those old Decipher Star Trek CCG cards and no one to play with? Look no further! Bring all your old CCGs and play with people! No one else has Star Trek Cards? Try and play your deck against someone’s Dead Lands deck! Hijinks will not only ensue, they’re encouraged!
• MTG: Commander:
  • Free tournament, come play with your Commander deck and see who the greatest Commander of them all is! If you have questions about the banned list or deck construction, come see the Tabletop Gaming room for an explanation!
• Dominion:
  • Come participate in a free tournament of one of the hottest new card games out there!
• The Settlers of Catan:
  • Manage and trade your resources to see who the Lord of Catan is!
• The Resistance:
  • There will be daily free tournaments for The Resistance, a sci-fi themed “Mafia” style game, with your prize being a copy of the game to bring home to your friends!
• Hex-Hex:
  • Free tournament for all you budding saboteurs out there! The original “Stab your friend in the back” game, hilarity and excitement are bound to occur!
• Cutthroat Caverns:
  • Free tournament to see who the best dungeon delver out there is!
• Go:
  • In keeping with our Japanese theme this year, there will be a Go tournament this year! Pit your skill against others in the ultimate battle of wits!
• D&D 4.0: Deathtrap Dungeon:
  • You have come to the town of Fang for the annual Festival of Ages. You have come for reasons that are your own, but they have led you into the Deathtrap Dungeon. You feel as if you have been wandering these dark halls for days, but you know the end is within sight. Can you escape the Deathtrap Dungeon? (Characters provided)
• Yu-Gi-Oh! Convention-long Tournament:
  • You will be able to challenge any other duelist at any time during the weekend. Every duelist will be holding at least one "Battle Card," for free, obtained in the Tabletop Gaming room. Every duelist starts with two cards. Whenever you enter a duel each duelist must ante up at least one card. Losing both cards prevents you from participating in the finals on Sunday. On Sunday the top 8 duelists with the most Battle Cards will compete in the finals for prizes. Deck construction is "advanced format."
• Pathfinder 1-shot:
  • A Missionary has gone missing and undead have started to ravage the land. A 6th-level Pathfinder adventure, characters will be provided.
• D&D 3.5 1-shot:
  • A gothic-horror themed dungeon crawl. An 8th-level D&D 3.5 adventure, characters will be provided.
