Sweet.

Ooh, we should do some sort of organized EDH thing, as I should have my new deck somewhat done by then. Speaking of EDH, guess who Adam added to his W/G/B deck?

There is gonna be a big EDH tourney, as well as an Archenemy tourney, both in addition to FNM. I'm expecting a big attendance at the EDH tournament, so bring your deck, it'll be fun!

Riotous. Now I need to get my Garza Zol/Proliferate deck finish. For, you know, fun.

I was wondering if maybe 2013 there could be a Warhammer 40k gathering. I don't know if anyone plays it here or if it has been attempted in past cons but I'd like to see if anyone bites on this.

Last year we attempted to (rather feebly, I'll admit) try to get a 40k event of some sorts; unfortunately, Games Workshop tends to be very stringent in sanctioning events, and frankly it's too expensive on our end to go out and purchase terrain and the like. That being said, I am very much planning to set aside some space and time for various minis events, from Games Workshop to Wizkids to Privateer Press. However, none of these events will really fly or take off the ground unless you get involved and make sure to bring your armies and terrain (if possible). Based on this past year, the events I saw that were really well attended were card games, Dominion and Yu-Gi-Oh! being the most popular ones, followed closely by Magic, and the Pathfinder adventure was huge and awesome. So, more RPGs and more card events, to be sure - if there's something else you guys want to see, I'll do my best to make sure it happens! Your feedback is one of the best ways I can think to plan ahead for next year and what you guys want to see!

Thank you so much for such a great convention, you attendees are what make it all worthwhile!
