Last night's dinner, what was it?

Last night's dinner, what was it?

A little running joke out there, but what did you all have for dinner last night?

Post each an every night to see what interesting things we see everyone eating!

I can start:

Wasn't the most interesting but I had a Cup of Ramen, a PB and J sandwich, a Coors light Beer and a Glass of Milk.
MMMMHMMM Nutritious!
No matter where you go, there you are.

Arrived home late so it was a cheeseburger, small coke and an apple pie.

Hot takoyaki and ebiyaki homemade in my takoyaki maker:)

(For those not familiar- takoyaki are about doughnut hole sized batter balls with octopus, green onions, and dashi [soup stock made with bonito- a type of fish] in them then eaten with creamy japanese mayo and bull dog sauce. The ebiyaki has shrimp in them instead.)

Yum!

Last night was me and the BF's big day out so we had a "fancy" dinner and ended up eating at BD's Mongolian grill. ^_^ So I had beef strip steak with brocolli, snap peas, red skin potatoes, baby corns, carrot strips, and water chestnuts in their Mongolian Ginger sauce. And to drink (if forget the name) a mango strawberry drink that had mango and strawberry puree, pineapple juice, and Bacardi rum (possibly some other stuff too, but I don't remember)

Tonight was Salmon Croquettes and Beer-battered Fish with homemade coleslaw and Mac and Cheese.

Tonight I had a DoubleDown and a side of coleslaw. I'll have to admit, I my expectations were rather high, and they were not met. I did, however, buy the sandwich minutes before they closed, which may have put a damper on the quality.
