Group Registration

I've been searching the site for a group registration option. Our anime club has chosen Anime Milwaukee, this year and the university is funding our badges. Can anyone tell me how to get ahold of this document? I know they were supposed to be up sometime last week, but I haven't seen anything. Thank you!

If that doesn't work, go to the reg tab, then attendee and scroll down until you see the Group Registration headline.
