Lolita Fashion Show:
Anime Milwaukee will be hosting a Lolita Fashion Show at Anime Milwaukee 2010. Below are the application forms. Please fill out an application if you are either interested in modeling or in submitting pieces to be modeled.

Rules:
- Please make sure your outfits are appropriate for all ages
- Your outfits must fit within a genre of Lolita. (sweet, gothic, aristocrat, etc)
- Models must be registered for Anime Milwaukee in order to participate
- There will be a rehearsal for the fashion show on Sunday. Be sure that you can attend the rehearsal Sunday morning. Models that can’t attend the rehearsal will be disqualified
- Fashion Show applications must be received by February 28th to be considered. Dresses being sent in to be modeled must be received by March 5th, unless of course you plan on bringing them in person. Then they need to be received by March 14th (Sunday), by 9:30am. Please be meet in the Wisconsin Room Lounge by 9:30am
- Anime Milwaukee’s Fashion Show will have two segments, American Brand and Japanese brand. All pieces displayed must be brand. We hope to create an extremely high quality fashion show and feel that by allowing only brand pieces, we will create a very professional and entertaining atmosphere. If you own Japanese brand, you are encouraged to participate either by modeling your garments, or by allowing our volunteer models to model them
Also, if you are sending outfits, pieces must be postmarked by 3/1/2010. Please plan accordingly. Pieces will be shipped back to you by 3/24/10.
