There are two ways to register, by mail and by Paypal.
Pre-Register Price Breakdown:
• This pre-registration is for a weekend pass to the convention.
• If you will be attending either one or two days, please note that day passes will be available at the door.

(The form is in pdf format, you'll need adobe acrobat to read it.)
*Important*
Make sure that your envelope is postmarked on or before the pre-reg date.
For example, make sure that if you are pre-reging at the 20$ rate for non-students, that the envelope is postmarked by October 18th.
Please fill out all parts of the form and follow the directions.
Checks can be made out to: UW Milwaukee (PLEASE NOTE: checks for Anime Milwaukee 2.5 won’t be cashed until after January 1st, 2009)

PLEASE NOTE:
If you will be 14 years of age at the time of the convention, please choose this reg type.
If you are 14 now and will be 15 at the time of the convention, please select the Non-UW Milwaukee Student registration type!
Children younger than 14 years of age at the time of the convention must be supervised by an adult. Anime Milwaukee is not responsible for minors left unattended.
Children ages 6 and under get free admission to Anime Milwaukee 2009!
