We ask that everyone planning to host a room party download, read, and fill out the form.
Emailing the form directly is out of reach for now, please follow the following instructions:
- Read, and fill out the form
- Press the submit button
- Choose the "Internet Email" option
- Save as either AMKE_room_party.fdf or AMKE_room_party.xml
- Attach the .fdf or .xml file in an email with subject: room party to conchair@animemilwaukee.com
