Vendor Registration information:
Vendor registration is now closed, as we have filled up all of our available space for this year.
Thanks to everyone who will be coming to Anime Milwaukee.
If you were not able to get a spot in the vendor room this year, please consider Anime Milwaukee again next year.
Next year's vendor information should be online sometime in September 2009
If you have already purchased a booth, you can still purchase extra tables by clicking on the button below.
Information for Vendors
1. The base price includes a 8x3 foot table, a 8x9 foot space, and three badges.
2. Each additional 8x9 foot space includes an additional 8x3 foot table.
3. Setup in the Vendor Room can begin on the Thursday before the convention (Feb.26).
More information and a map to the loading dock will be posted at a later time.
4. Spaces are given out on a first-come first-serve basis; if you need special arrangements please email them to me or write it on your registration.
5. All checks must be written out to
UW Milwaukee will be cashed on January 1st, 2009.
6. Rules for Merchandise:
A. No food can be sold on campus by anyone except the campus concessions. (If you want to give Pocky, Ramune, etc... away you can, you just cannot sell it. If you want to give it away with if somebody buys a certain amount of merchandise please contact me so I can check to make sure it is okay. You can also bring food for yourself.)
B. No weapons can be sold on campus (this includes air-soft guns). Things that can be sold are wooden Kunai, Shinai, dull wooden replicas, and things such as the Key-blade.
C. All anime and items being sold must be legal copies and not bootlegged. Please save us some trouble and do not bring them.
D. Hentai and other above-18-merchandise must be clearly marked.
E.All previously viewed/used merchandise must be labeled as so.
7. Anime Milwaukee and UW Milwaukee are not responsible for any lost
or stolen merchandise but security and staff will be on hand to prevent this.
